FAQ

Common questions.

What happens after I send a message?
We'll get in touch to schedule a free consultancy call. Come ready to tell us what you're building and where it's breaking down.
What's included in the 4-month warranty?
After delivery, we stay accountable for 4 months. If your team needs design adjustments, handoff clarifications, or developer support on the delivered work, we're on it at no extra cost, as long as it is within the scope of discussed work.
How long does a typical engagement take to kick off?
Most projects start within 1 week of the consultancy call. The Product Experience Diagnosis can begin in as little as 1 to 2 days. Onboarding is intentionally lightweight. We don't need six weeks of alignment meetings before doing meaningful work.
Do I need to have a fully built product?
No. We work at different stages, from early-stage products figuring out their core flows to mature products with retention problems. The Product Experience Diagnosis is a great starting point if you're unsure where the biggest issues are. We'll tell you exactly what to fix first.
What's the difference between the Diagnosis and the Design Sprint?
The Diagnosis gives you clarity on what's broken and what needs to be fixed. The Design Sprint actually fixes it: one critical flow, fully redesigned end-to-end with high-fidelity UI and a dev-ready handoff.
What tools do you use for delivery and handoff?
Notion for the workspace, Slack for communication, and Figma files for design handoff.
